every medication
your loved one takes.

Enter the medication list, get a plain-English report built from real FDA data — ready to bring to the next doctor's appointment.

First report is free. No credit card needed.

The average older adult takes 5 or more medications every day. Side effects get missed. Dangerous combinations go unnoticed. And most of us walk into doctor appointments with a list — but no real understanding of what's on it. That changes today.

2

We look everything up

Every medication is checked against the FDA's official drug label database and the 2023 Beers Criteria — a doctor-approved list of medications that are risky for older adults.

FAQ

Is this a substitute for my doctor?
No — and it's not meant to be. CheckMyPrescription is a conversation starter, not a prescription pad. The goal is to help you walk into an appointment informed and ready to ask the right questions. Your doctor makes all the calls.
Where does the information come from?
Every medication is looked up in the FDA's official drug label database (openFDA) and checked against the 2023 American Geriatrics Society Beers Criteria — a clinician-reviewed list of medications considered risky for adults over 65. The report synthesizes real data, not AI guesswork.
What if a medication isn't in the FDA database?
The report will tell you clearly. Some newer medications, very rare drugs, or certain supplements may not be in the FDA database yet. Those entries will be noted as "FDA label not available" so you know the sourcing — no silent gaps.
Can I use this for more than one person?
Yes — with a subscription. Free accounts include one report. Subscribers can run reports for a spouse, a parent, and themselves — as many times as needed, including after medication changes.
Is my information private?
Yes. We collect only your email address — to give you access to your free report and manage your subscription if you sign up. Your medication data is processed to generate your report and then immediately discarded. We never store it, sell it, or use it for any other purpose. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime, no questions asked. You'll keep access through the end of your billing period.

Your first report is free.
No card. No commitment.
